Chloe Sevigny for O.C. Resort 2012

"Leather and lace are old pals. But leather that's lace? There's a naughty new friend. It figured prominently in Chloe Sevigny's latest collection for Opening Ceremony, which she showed for the first time ever in a runway presentation"   -Style.com

I super love this collection.  It was shown in the gym of a parish youth center and in my opinion captures youth perfectly in a grown up way.  And how FAB did she look?  Swoon.

CFDA Awards 2011

Lady Gaga was honored at this year's CFDA Awards with the Fashion Icon Award and arrived in this custom Thierry Mugler dress.  (who doesn't love a studded thong?)  And because she's Gaga, her after party attire transformed into this.
I can't much comment on how much I like the look, as I see it as mostly costume-y.
But otherwise, here are some of my favorites from the night.
Naturally MKA, but mostly MK in this case.
Chloe Sevigny (in her Opening Ceremony line- Love)
Karlie Kloss (in Jason Wu) and Jason Wu
Yigal Azrouel and Zuzanna Bijoch- loving the orange with pink accents and cutout details and dying over the shoes.
Chanel Iman (in BCBG) the color and fit are to die.
Miranda Kerr (in Michael Kors)- did she really just have a baby?  Please girl.

Loving: Opening Ceremony

I have become quite a growing fan of all things Opening Ceremony. With the opening last year of NYC's second store a few blocks from my office, my lusting grows every time I pass their windows. (sometimes I need to take a detour when I'm feeling particularly vulnerable)
These photos are from their Spring 2011 lookbook shot by the famed Terry Richardson and feature Lindsey Wixson- how major does she look? (obsessing over the soft curls and red lips)

The collection is finally available in stores and online and covers basically everything on your spring/summer wishlist- lace, nautical, cargo, sheers, prints, 70s, oh my! Do I even need to mention the shoes???? I didn't think so.
