i can feel the day that i can feel a warm breeze in my hair. and the sun on my skin. and my loose flowing clothing blowing off of my arms and legs. that day is just around the corner.
of course the day after that day comes i will be smacked in the face with sweat dripping from the NYC subways, the smell of garbage piled up on the street and the heat simmering off of the pavement.
but just to take in that first day when you know summer is here...
